We accept Visa and Mastercard for both the deposit and the final payment. Card payments are processed securely. There is no additional surcharge for paying by card. This is the most popular payment method among our international guests.
We accept cash in both US Dollars and Vietnamese Dong at check-in. ATMs are readily available in Duong Dong, including one just 300 meters from the homestay. If you plan to pay in cash, we recommend withdrawing funds shortly after arrival since airport exchange rates are typically less favorable.
For long-term bookings or guests who prefer bank transfers, we provide our account details after you confirm your reservation via WhatsApp. International transfers typically take two to three business days to arrive. We recommend Wise or Revolut for lower transfer fees compared to traditional banks.
Important: No security deposit is required. We trust our guests. The only payment is the room rate itself.

The drive from Phu Quoc International Airport to our homestay at 16 Nguyen Du Street, Duong Dong takes approximately 15 minutes.
A taxi from the airport costs around 100,000 to 150,000 VND (approximately 4 to 6 US dollars). We recommend downloading the Grab app before you arrive, as it offers reliable, metered rides and is widely available on the island. Simply enter our address and the app handles the rest.
Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM. When you arrive, we greet you personally, show you to your room, give you a quick tour of the shared facilities including the kitchen, pool, and garden, and provide a local area guide with our top restaurant and beach recommendations. We will also help you get a Vietnamese SIM card and arrange motorbike rental if needed. The entire check-in takes about 10 minutes, and then you are free to relax or start exploring.
